• All one-steps begin and end in Chung-Be (ready) position.

• Higher rank executes one-step first unless he/she chooses not to or Instructor directs otherwise.

• One partner extends left fist face high, chambers right fist at him, and announces, "Ready." Other partner executes guarding block and exclaims, "Attack!" First partner steps and executes right high punch.

• All Ki-Haps (TKD short yells) indicated by underline. 

WHITE BELT ONE-STEPS
(Juniors do 1, 2, and 3. Adults do 1-5.)

1. Left front kick, left high block (left front stance), right middle punch, left high punch; hands in guard position, double step back.

2. Left front kick, step left 45 degrees, right side kick, right high knifehand strike (sitting stance); hands in guard position, double step back.

3. Right front kick, right outside block (sitting stance), right high knifehand strike, right middle knifehand strike; hands in guard position, double step back.

4. Step back with right left (left back stance), #3 left side kick, left inner forearm block (front stance), right middle punch, left high palm hell strike, step back with left foot, right front kick; hands in guard position, double step back.

5. Left outside crescent block, right front kick, right punch high, left middle punch (right front stance); hands in guard position, double step back.
