  1. Place the center of the belt on your belly button with the stripes (if any) on your left.

  2. Pull both ends behind you with both hands and bring both ends around to the front.

  3. Tuck the right hand belt up under all belt layers.

  4. Finish by tying a square knot with both ends even and rank on right.
