Tiger
Cubs (ages 3-5)
The Tiger Cubs program is designed to teach young
children skills valuable for life and especially
valuable for beginning school. In addition to self
defense, the Karate Cubs learn the value of always
being courteous, honest, brave, and the merits of self
control. Students will gain life lessons that will
naturally be applied to their developing academic and
social life. Just ask the Karate Cubs...but they would
probably just say that the classes are fun! |

TKD
Juniors (ages 6 through 12)
Kids love the
challenge of TaeKwonDo because they are continually
being asked to achieve new levels both physically and
emotionally. Our environment, though demanding, is one
of achievement through individual growth. Everyone
participates in our classes and learns at his or her
own pace.
Unlike most other sports,
TaeKwonDo is an activity children can begin now and
practice throughout their lifetime. They will never
outgrow TaeKwonDo.

Adults and Teens (Ages 13 and up)
In
America today, health and fitness is gaining wide-spread
appeal in the adult population. Oftentimes adults find
exercise boring and unsatisfying. TaeKwonDo Plus classes
are anything but monotonous...
Classes
are designed to be challenging for the mind as well as
the body. Our students receive an excellent
cardiovascular workout while learning real self-defense.
We realize that today's adult has busy schedules and
time constraints, so we offer two convenient classes;
one at noon and one in the evening. As long as you are
able to attend two classes weekly, you will achieve
great success. To your health and fitness. |
